Hi, I'm Maryna — I draw covers and characters that make people pick up a book and actually read it. From cozy children's tales to moody literary fiction, I'll help bring your brightest ideas to life.
A few kind words from writers, publishers, and creative directors I've partnered with over the years.

Working with Maryna was a blast.
Maryna is a pro and a very creative artist. If you give her the ideas, she'll fill in the blanks incredibly and will make your ideas shine even more. Just let her take the reins and you'll see — I already recommended her to a couple of my friends.

One of the best designers I've worked with.
As a former Group Creative Director at a top-tier ad agency, I'm unusually picky about design. Maryna's design sense and professional attitude are 10/10. Don't hesitate.

She made sure she understood my vision.
It was so nice working with her. She responded right away, gave me sketches and options, finished my project quickly, and checked every detail before delivering. I'm really happy with the final product.

Super talented and delightful.
Maryna did the revisions I asked for and was very easy to work with. I'm sure we'll be doing more together soon. Heartfelt thanks, Maryna!

Good questions, honest answers.
The things most authors ask me before we begin.
How long will my project take? +
Most projects — including revisions — take between 3 and 10 days, depending on complexity. I always try to work quickly, but fast rarely equals quality.
How much does an illustration actually cost? +
The minimum is $50, and it scales up from there based on style, detail, number of characters, background, and intended use.
Do you redesign existing book covers? +
Yes, often. Whether you want a gentle refresh, a brighter palette, or a complete reinvention — I'm happy to take it on.
Can you draw a portrait of me / my family / my dog? +
Absolutely. Stylized portraits — you'll get a high-res, print-ready file. Go wild with posters, cards, t-shirts, coffee mugs.
What about copyright and licensing? +
Every illustration is original and drawn by me. You get clean rights to use your piece, and peace of mind.
What do you need from me to start? +
A rough idea is enough. Books I love: a synopsis, a few visual references (a Pinterest board is gold), your target audience, and trim size.

Your next cover is one email away.
Tell me about the book, the characters, the mood — even the smell of the world if you want. I read every message and reply within a day. No automated funnels, just me and a cup of tea.
