I draw kind things for people who write brave ones.
I'm Maryna — a Ukrainian illustrator and book-cover designer. I've spent the last seven years helping authors put their stories into the world wearing something memorable. Children's books are my first love, but I'll happily take on literary fiction, poetry zines, and anything that needs a human touch.
Every piece I make is 100% drawn by hand — no stock photos, no AI, just pencils, paint, and a very patient Wacom.

The shape of how I got here.
Started art school
Classical training in drawing and painting. Endless still lifes, a lot of charcoal on my sleeves, a lifelong obsession with texture.
First commissioned cover
A small-press poetry collection. I was paid in paperbacks and compliments — but the author sent me a hand-written letter, and I was hooked.
Went full-time freelance
Built a portfolio, figured out pricing, learned the quiet art of client emails. Started saying yes to projects that scared me.
Expanded into A+ & marketing art
Started helping authors with the rest of the launch — banners, socials, 3D mockups. The Full Package was born from this.
Today
Working with authors from 14 countries, drawing from a sunny studio in Kyiv, and slowly writing a picture book of my own. Watch this space.

Human hands, real ink
Every line is drawn by me. I don't use AI art generators, I don't trace stock, and I don't outsource. If it looks like mine, it is mine.
Honest, kind collaboration
I'll tell you when an idea isn't serving the book, and I'll listen when you tell me the same. We're both trying to make something good.
Deadlines matter
If I say Tuesday, it's Tuesday. Launch dates are sacred and I schedule around them carefully.
Stories first
The book comes first, always. I read your synopsis (and sometimes the whole manuscript) before I ever touch a pencil.
Fair to beginners
Debut authors get the same care as repeat clients. Fair pricing, no upsells, and I'll point you to cheaper options if that's what you need.
Clean rights
You own your art. Full commercial rights, no weird royalty clauses, no "exclusive license" traps.
